I am buying a RRPSteel Gear Combo 38t spur/ 15t bell.. is this any good for my revo?
 
I like the plastic spur myself. It saves you from damaging a more expensive part when something goes wrong. Being as a plastic spur only costs about 4 dollars, its a lot cheaper than stripping your drive gears. A lot less work to change too.:yes:
 
yeah i also didnt have any luck with steel spurs even if you have the hardened CB you can ruin tranny gears in an instant! my advice would be is stick with the stock stuff and keep spares on hand! there cheap enough to switch out if needed
