So I went to the locla track to play today and to see the new lay out. Great look and fun track!! Broke out the Maxx and went to town!!!! Sweet! Nice straights couple of nice jumps!! But I hit reverse on accident and toasted the spur gear!!! Damn that reverse!! So I bought a new one and since I am going to have the tranny out I also purchased the f.o.c kit too. Any advise as to put it in.? It looks pretty simple but this is the first time to have it that far down and dont want to really screw something up. :D I thank you guys for any help

its easy man no real tips to give and it rules tmaxx jumps off the line so much better

If it is the traxxas one, the instructions are really straight forward. It was surprisingly easy to do. You will love it.

It should be a cake walk. Just make sure that when you disassemble it you spread the parts out the same way you took them apart. I usually use a towel (so nothing rolls away) and set the parts down from left to right, with the left being the front of the vehicle.

Keep in mind with the FOC, you will have less parts going back in

Yea that is what my lhs said. I havnt opened the box yet. Waitnig till this evening to do it. I will let you guys know how it went. Thanks
