spur gear help

hey all, my tmaxx 3.3 keeps on stripping its spur gear. it has been correctly meshed by a specialist but still strips. my second gear isn't working could this be the problem as its reving too high in first?

You probably have a broken motor mount or bad clutch bearing. Look for loose or broken parts.

I had that proplem a while back and the cause was stripped out tranny screws,and my short bus driver said i was special too
