spur and clutch bell combo?

As most of you know, I just upgraded to a Picco .26 max with a THS pipe. I'm using a 15t,38t right now. However, I want a taller gearing to get more MPH! More teeth, more MPH, right? Thinking of using 16t/40t. is anyone using this combo?

I don't think this will hurt my take-off because of all the torch, but, maybe some of you that are using the picco can give me a good combo to find the best of both.

Well correct me if I'm wrong but I think you want a bigger cb and a smaller spur to get more top end. So probably a 16t cb and a 36 spur. If you go with what you talked about it probably be about the same as you have. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

you are 100% correct bud, but they do make a 17T CB
17/36 is the ideal combo for a picco, IMHO

some guy on you tube is using a 20/34 combo and thinks it's going about 55-60mph with the .26. That's too much so I guessed and bought a Integy 18/36 combo for my s27. Should be plenty fast and torquey......I hope.

i've seen that video and that engine isn't "stock" it has been modded

I use an Integy 3 shoe 7075 aluminum clutch it's pretty sweet and takes a lickin' but I think it was frickenjoey that said a (m2c?) would be the ultimate revo clutch.
