I was just looking at the sprint phones since I hate nextel serivce and I can switch to sprint for free. Everything was fine and then all of the sudden a window poped up. It wasn't a ad for anything it was someone wanting to help me pick out a phone. THis was glued to the page I was on. Has this happened to anyone else?

Well, as a former employee of Sprint and a current customer, yes, it has happened and it's part of their effort to improve customer service. There should be a way to disable it and I'll check with my contacts still there and find out what I can. Let me know if I can provide any other assistance, I know my way around the minutaie there pretty good and still have some good contacts that can get answers if I need them.

well it is just a little weird I was just putting a plan together with a phone. I didnt like the price so I hit the back button then all of the sudden a window was there.... Hello this is jessica how may I help you. THen about 30 secodns later she said will if you need any help I will be right here. To me this is sort of scarry. First of all I didnt relize they could track you like that. Even if it is somepart of the code to ask for help when someone hits back in shopping cart. 2nd of all if I wanted help I would be at the store or click a button for help. I am not that worried about it but it just scared to and caught me off gaurd.
