hey guys, i have been running a bolt on header for the longest time. i just picked up a spring mount CRT header along with a side pipe from ERCM. been messing around for half an hour trying to get it to mount up. What is your tip/secret to getting that rubber spacer to stay where it needs to be to get this mounted up?
Mounting it to my picco .26 in my revo.

I don't really know what kind of spacer u have? On my trinity pipe there is a small one that goes in between the inside of the header znd the outside of the stub that comes off the mill? I put it half on the stub and then push the header over it so as it gets pushed on the rest of the way it gets stuck between the 2. Hope I helped but like I said I don't know about your pipe.

i do not understand why the hell this is so tough to get on. i can put the same assembly on my TRX3.3 and it just kinda pops on and sits there in one move. i took the darn .26 out of my Revo and i am attempting to attach the header while the mill is out of the truck and then just put it back in but the stupid header will not go on there without squishing the rubber grommet out one side. I thought i had it on there on the weekend but i burnt a hole in the top of my rotostart housing  from the exhaust blowing out the bottom of the header where the grommet had squeezed out. I'm ready to say screw it to a $120 pipe and go back to my resonator. The exhaust port on the .26 picco is no different than the port on the 3.3 correct? I just dont get it.
