Sportmaxx question

I'm lookin to put a 3spd on my sport maxx, but i dont want to buy the kit and it not work. does anyone have one and know what is a good one?? :thumbup:

Why would it not work? Do you mean adding the second speed upgrade kit and reverse?

No the 3 speed that makes the car go 70 mph. i dont want reverse. i want 3 speeds. i have heard of people who do it, and i want to know how and what price:burp:

I hope i can get one, i want my sportmaxx to go fast!!. i will have to get the 1/8 scale on road tire conversion, and that costs a !@#$:censored: Load and i gotta save. but that would be sweet. i think i found a good site, and there is a video. the site is called www.radrc.com Check it out!:ahh:

Damn everything cool for the Sprtmxx is out of friggen stock. i want that new glow plug wire & the 4 wheel steering kit. my sport maxx will be so sporty!:jet: :jet:

I called rad rc direct and talked with the guy and he is not real thrilled with that conversion. It works intermitantly. My local lhs said he installed one and it never shifted correctly. I have bought a few things from rad rc and havent been impressed!
