i am looking to buy some spinners for my savage .25, and a roll cage. where can i go and get this stuff/ order it.
what is the best roll cage?

mark

Hmm Spinners can be found by Proline, velocity rims and the spinners just mount on them . Pretty pricey. Then the BEST RC cage is the RC-solutions cage for it.

RC-solutions has the best cage, I would stay away from the spinners, the spinners are Al and they are to light to get spinning nicely, IMO a big wast of $$$ but if you are making a show truck they would be coolish.

Agreed ont he Spinners "usefulness" Just bling in my opinion and nothing more.

spend the money it cost for spinners an get the 3 speed tranny kit.

get stuff that makes it handle better or run better.

yeah i'm gonna get that reverse module and the 3 speed transmion.

One of the best and cheapest ways to increase handling out of the box is upgrading to firmer tire foams like the trinity low roll foams. Panther and proline also have firmer foam options. They cost about $20 for all four wheels.

k thanks. is the revers moduel and 3 speed transmition hard to install? if it is i will just have hobbytown do it.

You should be able to do it just fine. If you get a reverse module, you will need a third servo and 3 channel Receiver if you don't have that.

o i c. but with the remoter that the savage .25 work? how much is the extra servo?

thanks jon2!

remoter? You mean receiver? or Transmitter? If it is the stock Savage radio, I think you should be able to just upgradethe reverse and servo. No need to get a really expensive servo. It is not used as often as the throttle and steering. Ask your LHS and see if you cvan get a decent one for it. no more then 20 bux
