Hi Folks,

just wondering if anyone had any experience with SPI Racing Wheels,
and what tires a REVO would need for these? Can't seem to find this info.

Any other "reasonable" alloy - aluminum wheel users, I'd appreciate your input too!

Last I remember they are more bling. I take this is for the shelf queen ya got?

Si Senior!
Already read that they increased the offset is dramatic... so ...
But they look neat and ... I can't help it :o/
The rubber seems the more challenging thing...

i have spi alum rims (reapers) on my sav x basher they are nothing short of the best!!!! last i knew they did not make 40 series rims witch come stock on the revo however it is worth the cost of new tires they have a lifetime warrenty well worth the money i love mine

Hey Topdog,

I signed up with them, after this post was somewhat dead (shelfqueen...)
I'll prolly end up buying two sets, so I can have some better rims on my basher too. Thanks!

you will be very happy with them i dont work 4 them or sell them! so i say this from my heart spi rims are the single best upgrade i have made on my sav x and i have made many:winnar:

Thats great, Rick is a very pleasant guy and the tire issue was straight after a few minutes. I went with some Road Tawgs, 35 bucks for all four with foams. I thought I heard that they will take any Maxx & Savage Tire, but basically he recommended Tawgs or I believe HPI's.
For 95 Bucks, you really can't go wrong, with the exchange he offers.
I'll just have to sell my T-Maxx wheels (unglued, never seen dust), and the 3.3 wheels (same) I have here, so damages can be kept low...

you can go to spiracing.com and pick from a bunch of diffrent styles for a bunch of diffrent rigs if you do you will not be disappointed!

which ones ya get? Any links?

I went conservative, they have some pretty hot looking stuff.
However, I'll get them and sell my REVO wheels and T-Maxx Wheels.
No more plastic.
