ok so i noticed again that some sort of oil or liquid is leaking from behind the ez start where it connects to the back plate of the engine, would this cause any damage and what coulld i do to fix it? i already tightened it up and nothing still

Try puting a little RTV silicon on there before you put it on and that should solve your problems.

Check the exhaust gasket, then put a little dab of silicone around the backplate before you put it on again. Could be the starting shaft possibly?
