Yea, no pic or video in last post, but like Rolex said, if the spring is damaged that is at least 1 problem.

You guys see the pics now right?

Here is a much better pic of the shoes on with the spring around them, (that spring is a B$%#@!)

Now that the pic is there, I'd suggest replacing the spring since you have it apart.
I think the shoes are good. Any oil on the shoes or inside of the bell will cause it to grab and jerk, so you might want to scrub the shoe surface and the inside of the CB with a scrubby pad.

Ok I will grab an extra spring next time I get to the shop, could that lead to the bucking problem? My problem was that I can hit the gas, rev up to where it would start moving, buck once and then if I kept holding the throttle the engine RPM's would soar sky high which I did once and shut off because I don't want to cause any extra damage

Shoes and spring are toast... Just get a new set of clutch shoes and spring. Most likely the clutch started to slip as soon as the transmission engaged and put any resistance on it.
Transmission appears to be working ok from what I see. If you hit it continually hard with air and the output shaft continues to spin after the 1st buck you should be good to go on the tranny. Now would be a good time to install the FOC. No buck and a much smoother, more reliable transmission with it installed.

Do you have a pic of what a good clutch shoe set up should look like? Mine are to worn making them not close to a circle right?

Mine are to worn making them not close to a circle right?

Correct...
New shoes will not close in a pefect circle either but the distance/offset between the trailing edge of one shoe next to the edge of the other shoe at the flywheel post will not be as much as yours.

Ok so I will definitely change that out, should that clear up my problem? I am guessing it was just coincidental that by differential leaked grease one the same day?
This is how they should look right?

Here’s a close up of I just took, this 1 has a little run time on it but is still in good condition. You can see the difference pretty easily.

I would think you would be good to go after a clutch change, but you never know for sure until you try.

Ok sounds good, do I need specific grease for the diff housing or just any weight will work?

Well it was definitely the clutch, I ran to the LHS today and picked up an emaxx clutch and after putting the truck together again, it works great! I did have a runaway today, and will be putting in a failsafe, or finally upgrading to the FlySky Gt3b modded controller set up.

Thanks again guys!
