thanks.

That is indeed a Nitro RS4 version 2. It does look like it has a few upgrades. 2-speed. Belt tensioner. Not sure if it's a new engine or just an upgraded cooling head. The pipe is an upgrade. For an NRS4/2 it looks pretty good.

hey thanks for that info, i just talked to the guy he said its a new cooling head, new exaust, cvd's and he just got weels and tires for it. it also has a jr xr3 radio/reciver. is that anygood??

I'm tadin a clsssic army airsoft gun for it.

The JR XR3 is a good radio. I saw the JR receiver and hoped you were getting the transmitter to go with it. It will work well. I think it will be a decent ride. The engine will be a bit soft. That's just typical for the .15FE. The new head will help keep it cool, but it's not a real hotshot engine. But if you're just starting out, it will be perfect to learn on. Otherwise it looks good and you still should be able to find plenty of parts for it.

i had a t-maxx before so I'm not too new to this I'm just new to the on-road side, i know how to tune and work on them and i know the basics but I'm just not too great with the tourin cars and i always wanted one but where i lived before it woulda been usuless and nowi have the chance to get one and I'm going for it, i got rid of my maxx and i wish i hadn't cause i was kicking myself in the ass.

Nice deal on the ride,

You'll definitely have alot of fun w/ that car....for a beginner (new to touring) i'd say it's one of the better platforms for learning. Some would argue the NTC3 is a better ride, but here's how I see it:

NTC3 will teach you all about suspension setup

RS4 2 will teach you drivetrain adjustment (pullies, etc)

..and you won't grow out of that car as soon as you may think, as with the TC3, HPI makes a full line of graphite components along with other hopups like threaded shocks to enhance your cars performance. Good luck w/ your ride.
