So i ballsed up - Flywheel stuck

So I'm trying to get my flywheel off and it just wont come off. I've got the flywheel locked and have a nice juicy socket on the nut but undoing the nut just spins the crankshaft.

How can i undo it?

I used a pair of channel locks on the one way bearing to hold the crank still.

Cheers for the tip GrudgE. Flipped the OWB over and grabbed it with a pair of pliers, easy flywheel nut undoing.
