I haven't taken my savage out in the snow before, manly just a summer hobby but I'm getting bored and don't have much to do so I'm thinking of getting some hot plugs and trying it out in the snow. How is it in the snow ? I'm sure cleaning it will be a bitch with all the slush and poop

Should do alright but be careful. Th savage doesn't have waterproof electronics. Also FYI - Be careful with the language. Just a sugestion but you may wanna brush up on the rules. The mods have a tendancy to keep careful tabs on that kinda stuff and will "discipline" accordingly

whoops lol haven't been on these forums for awhile :)

water and mud etc = stuffed bearings and everyhting else that could go wrong. iv been there done that with my revo. got a whole heap of new parts and was at the beach camping for a few days and yeh, couldnt help myself. a good 1-2hrs of complete rebuild and some bearings later.

NOT FUN...

if u can keep it in dry or cleaner places. car parks and that kinda thing. car parks can be fun too :)

Running in snow is very tough. If you have a garage it is a good idea to start it up in there (make sure you have some ventilation) to get the engine warmed up. I wrap my cooling head with tin foil and use a balloon on my reciever. It is a good idea to have waterproof servos if not there are some videos on youtube on how to waferproof your basher. I also have skis to put on instead of my front wheels wich is fun but not required.
