Well winter is coming up soon and i just got my savvy this summer just wondering how many people take there trucks out in the snow ? Any recommendations maybe tire chains or anything

Wrap the engine head with a cut up baby sock, or some aluminium foil(but still watch your temps). And even if its winter...watch for side walks, walls, chunk of ice and yes even trees...Good Luck!!:D

+1 on the insulation of the engine/cooling vanes

Well they have water proof servos out there but... I've done it and haven't really ran into any problems, BUT if it gets too cold the Fuel will gel up. Other than that just be sure to not let a pile of snow melt on top of the truck!

yea, I just got my revo this summer as well, and I can't wait to take it out in front of my house in the road, on freshly packed snow trails from cars tires! :D One thing with the snow I would think, would be less traffic to worry about racing down the street!:) Could someone explain the process of preventing the fuel from gelling up?

In freezing and sub freezing tempatures, if the fuel is allowed to cool too much, it will gel up and colg the fuel lines. (especialy if you have a filter) If it's not tooooo cold and you don't let the fuel sit out in the cold while it in the bottle you shouldn't have any problems. In really cold temps the fuel in the tank may get cold enough to gel but if you keep the engine running it will probably get burned before this has a chance to occur. If it does well you could always try insulating the tank too.

Someone needs to make a nitro snowmobile. that would be f'n tight. No snow here, so id have to try and drive that beioch across the pond.
