So what whould be needed to make a smaxx to tmaxx. Diff, axles, driveshaft and front axle carriers? How about the imput shaft from the trans?

To make it simble all you have to do is remove the front center driveshaft. Disconnect it at the yoke so you still hAve brakes.

You can remove diffs, driveshafts and center drive shaft of you want to reduce weight, but the easiest way to do is te way I mentioned above

The front axle carriers on the S-Maxx should be the same as a T-Maxx, just add shafts, diff, center shaft and your good to go. The S-Maxx will be a forward only tranny the very early models were a single speed so thats something else you want to look at.

I think you got it mixed up, he wants to convert an S-Maxx into a T-Maxx.
