Should just need the diff the drive shaft and the front axles.

My old s-maxx had the correct bulk heads already on it. I had to purchase the diff, diff collar, drive shaft, front axles maybe forgetting something its been a long while since I did the conversion.

Bulks are all the same. Diff, diff collar, wheel and center shafts are all you need.
