Small rocks in chamber

I get small rocks in the driveline chamber. Two plastic drivelines have broken because of the rocks eat up the plastic. I just changed to metal. Is there a way to prevent rocks to enter the chamber?

Those are 1/10 scale, and I'm not 100% on the difference between version 1 and 2.0.

I have the plate. The problem is that rocks get in eventhough the plate is installed.

Yea never had that problem. But I would go with the T-bone racing chassis plate.. wonder how rocks got in. Thats a one off situation sorry to hear that...
