i just busted my slipper clutch pads lost 1 and crack the other. is it better to epoxy them on or just rely on the 2 studs that hold them.

while it may take 2 or 3 weeks before my parts arrive. can i use the brake pad/clutch shoe material for 1:1 car? thanks...
 
We cut some out of a sheet of a gasket cork.. worked so well the ones we ordered are still on the shelf :)
