Ya Ya, i know this next question as been asked sooo many times there but, can't seem to find the anwser I'm looking for. Sorry! how tight should my slipper be cuz i burned-up 3 pads already, cuz can't seem to get it right anymore...DAMMIT!! Oh ya i got the os .30...powerplant change from a f4.1 so 4sure got to adjust the slipper differently. help please!! :constipat
Thanks

Check your brake adjustment. If it is binding a little that will cause enough drag to cause excess slip of the slipper and burn the pads. I have accidentally done this twice. Another suggestion is to run the slipper tightened all the way down. I actually pull the top off my X tranny case and hold the gears inside while I tighten the slipper nut. I will still slip under extreme conditions, but for the most part it does not slip at all.
