When I removed the sleeve from my os .18tz it was hard to remove it. I used a zip tie's head to push the sleeve buti had a really hard time. Why??? I just took out the sleeve from my brothers old traxxas pro.15 and it slid right out with using a zip tie.
 
Your talking about the block and sleeve tightness and not the piston and sleeve right?
 
Yeah I have seen the same thing with blocks that you can pull them out by hand. I had one I had to bake and use the zip tie method. As Racer pointed out your better quality engines will be build with a lot tighter tolerances.
