  1. Bashing
So been upgrading and fixing up the Maxx for spring. Already gone through most everything. Now I find myself stuck on the skids....stock, stock with RPM, titanium with RPM center. That is the question which would work the best for general to somewhat hard bashing.

What's already been upgraded? Aluminum skids work best when paired with aluminum bulks and aluminum chassis braces. For just general bashing I'm sure you will be happy with the stock ones with rpm covers

Anything made of any kid of metal will bend sooner or later, plastic will flex, and gives little in protection, (in some cases) it realy comes down to what you like and how hard you will be on the truck. I like the plastic skids but i also like the look of a nice polished aluminum skid. Keep in mind, the tmaxx is made to bottom out, after a few times that nice looking aluminum skid will look like it "skid".

Aluminum bulks will be here this week. Only reason I'm asking is Ican get the titanium skids for the same price and stockers with RPM. Also trying to get a lil more weight on the front.... trying to keep the front end down in turns....stiffer springs and heavier shock oil also on its way.....do they make a sway bar kit for a maxx?

I use aluminum and Ti skids all the time covered with rpm wear plates without any issues. Trim the lip off the skid so thatit is flush or a little shorter than the rpm wear plates.

No one makes a sway bar kit thats worth purchasing for the TMaxx...
