Yah its steel not aluminum, that roll bar has been through four complete rebuilds on that truck, don't know brand but its tough as nails, and not that heavy.

Looks like the New Era roll bar, if it is, it made out of thin walled 4130 chrome moly steel tubing. I've got one on my LST, they are extremely strong and light.

Don't know brand but like I said it is strong, I have landed straight down on roll bar from like 15 foot drop did not even bend it at all. Boke some other parts though!

Sweet ride man. How is that sirio for power compared to your previous engine

Don't know, it has never seen fuel yet. Its like way cold here below zero, when it warms up I will break it in. I had a buddy had the same engine several years back on his jato. I had the 2.5r jato, his would smoke mine all day with the sirio .18. I kinda lucked into this engine on ebay for $60.00. I can say I had a fantom .18 on a tmaxx and it was a powerhouse. I have been told the sirio has a lot more power than the fantom does, we will see.

What did you use to cut the chasis? I have a grinder but I'm thinking i'd make a mess that way.

I did not cut the chassis, it is a cnc machined chassis. You can use a hole saw drill bit to lighten up the stock chassis I have done that before.
