I have an image but i can't seem to find a way to load it as my signautre, any help?

Do you have a place on the internet to host it?
It has to be uploaded first then you will past an image link to it in your sig.

i know this is gonna sound stupid but how do i make one of those images? I've seen some pretty good looking ones around and was kinda wondering how you make one explain it like I'm an idiot to I'm not to computer literate
