The new house looks just like that but I have a nice bay window in the back and central air. If your place doesn't have it I highly reccomend it in case you have the hot shits.

I got screwed when I sold my condo.....I sold too early and was holdong out on buying a house....now I can't afford to buy another house in my area.....I was dealing for one this last month and it feel through...I'm going back to renting again....F*#K.....

Started the remodel on the house yesterday installing all new vinyl windows over the course of the summer, today will start with a big hole in the wall for the ac unit, yeah :hammer:

My home... Couldn't ask for a nicer day today... A cool 75 degrees & sunny... Finally... Just put a new roof on last year, & hope to get some lanscaping in the front done this summer.. The garage was converted to a den, so the door will soon be removed & replaced with a nice bay window..
Now I just have to stop buying R/C stuff...

Here is an aerial view of my house from the county website. From the looks of it, the pic is about 2 years old. There has been some major landscaping and concrete work done to both front and back yards since then. Also getting ready to build a 14'x24' workshop in the upper corner of the lot as pictured.
