Hey guys, I have 2 brand new 4907 diffs for my tmaxx 2.5 to 3.3 conversion. Should I shim them or not and if so how can I do it what will I need and quick question do most of u guys find the bigger revo spec outer shafts to hold up pretty good? With the 3.3 of course, I hope so because I'm about to order the 4949R center shafts from traxxas. Good or bad?...

i run a dog bone setup so mine may be different. i put shims where ever ness to keep the pinion from wanderin in or out. and ya know what? i can't remember who makes them, sorry. i found some at my local shop. maybe somone else can help with specific part #s

I just got a bag of traxxas shims at the lhs. Can't remember the part # but I just told them it was to shim my diff's and they said "here, this will work" and they were right. You could find the part # in your parts list for your truck, use the same one's that fit on your wheels.
