i feel like a jack a$$ dose changing the fule line lenghts screw everything up and if it dose what is the lenghts for a savage 21 sorry I'm so new 2 the nitro power

Fuel line should be at leat 8 to 10" long. Route it through the shock tower.
The pressure line should be between 6-8" long.

Shortening can change things. I don't believe the fuel line makes much of a difference, but shortening the pressure line can cause some problems. You want it longer so that the pressure pulses from the tuned pipe smooth out before they hit the tank. If it's too short, your fuel delivery will go funky and it'll make it tough to tune.

I read somewhere, that shortening the fuel lines, gives it less time running when it rolls. So if the lines are shorter, you will have to get to it quick if its rolled, otherwise you will have to start it up again. Whereas if they are longer, theres more fuel in them, which means that it can stay on the roof for a longer time whilst you go to flip it back over.

One thing to add to that, if you get an inline fuel filter, that'll hold a touch of fuel and will help keep the car running if it rolls over...
