I have a tube of shoe goo and I want to get some use out of it! I have a savage x. What are some ways you would put shoe goo to use??? Thanks!

You could use it as shock oil ;)

.. jk don't do that.. But it would make a good locker if you wanted to lock your diffs for some reason! And like rolex said, it would be great on the body as they tend to crack a lot. Also, if you had something break on it such as an a-arm or shock tower, it could patch it up until you got a new one to replace the fixed one.

I don't know how true it is, but someone mentioned a while back that you could even use it on shoes. :whhooo:

Done that. Had a pair of sneakers that I'd worn the soles down on, but they were otherwise still in good shape. Used the Shoe Goo build the soles back up.

I mostly use it as an all around adhesive. It can be removed from most surfaces, without damaging them, so it's great for temporary or semi-permanent uses.

I actually plugged a hole in my fuel tank with shoe goo! Hope it works! Its sealed.

I'm getting a new tank anyway but I figured it was worth a try. I think I'll use it for a bit see how it holds up!

I have used it to fix rips in a tire. Since the bead popped off as well I used a piece of fabric and shoe goo on the inside after I cleaned it with alcohol and it last the rest of the life of the tire.
