shock weight oil?

ok i got some supermaxx shocks, what weight oil should i use for my shocks, also i have never done this before how much oil should i put in?? also how do i bleed my shocks???

I have never used SuperMaxx brand shocks.
I'm using 40-60 wt oil in my buggy shocks on a CyberMaxx. 40 for bashing and smaller jumps and up to 60 for big jumps and practicing back-flips.

If you post a pic or have a link to the shocks with the caps off, we can tell you how to bleed them properly.

bye the way whats bleed you're shocks mean??, and does anybody have any idea how to make you're shocks stop leaking
