Shock Spring / Shock Oil Upgrade

Hey guys, Newbie here. Please could someone advise me on what set-up to go for to upgrade/stiffen the suspension on my 3.3 - tougher springs front and back, and the corresponding heavier weight shock oil. I'm on Standard white and green springs, can I go gold and black, and do I have to therefore change the shock oil. Learning to bash it up a bit and how to jump,(my HBZ roll cage is fantastic), and need to stop the car bottoming out. All help and opinions most appreciated. Thanks !

I'm runnig black springs front and back, and i filled the shocks with 50 wt. i havent bottomed out since i changed them.
