what do you guys run as far as springs and oil wt. at all corners?

What ever isn't bent and leaking laying around the tool box. 50 wt oil

oh and might i add what do you use it for? bashing or racing? I'm going to try 60 wt rear 45 wt front with stock springs. maybe get some progressive white springs later.
