Traxxas don't seem to want to make front big bores. I e-mailed them asking if I could custom order them. Ill prolly get a respounce monday or tuesday. But if they say no and I decide to get Traxxas Alum Shocks(not the big bores) What could be a soulution of poping a cap? I think I poped a lil to many and its like striped. Today I set a jump up next to fence I cleared it 3ft and maybe got 3-4ft more air. The jump was like at a 80 Degree angle. Well I poped a front cap in the process and I used all the 30 WT traxxas gave me with the rear big bores. I was just wondering If I could hold the shocks until I get new ones. Thanks.

do you have aluminum caps on the front shocks? Also look at your brothers losi see if you could get his front shocks to work on your truck.. X
 
No I don't have Alum. caps Because I was planning on geting bigbores. Let me go compare.

The Ruslter fronts are about 3 1/2 inches long. It looks about the same but not toaly sure.
 
Well pull them off and see if you can make them fit on your brick..X
 
I think my LHS has the shocks you are looking for. Call them tomorrow after 11am Eastern time. 716-681-6440. I swear I just seen them hanging on the back wall yesterday.
 
Christian are you talking about Traxxas Big Bores Long?
 
Yeah he was telling me about 3 different sizes. XL, L, XXL I think. Two had the coated shafts and then he had one pair uncoated which I think might be what you are looking for. They are metal big bores too.
 
The losi shocks would be nice on the brick ..if you dont find a set by middle of next week let me know ill be heading to lhs then and will look for ya
 
Well if Christian is right and they have the big bores at his LHS maybe I could sent some money his way if not Are the losi shocks possibal?
 
Rob one from you bros truck and see if it fits could always get some of the drake shocks if they do the nice threaded ones
 
No need to send me the loot. The LHS can take care of you guys. I'm just letting ya know who might have a pair.

Not sure of what other shocks would fit.
 
If the losi ones work I might be able to hook you up with some I am supposed to be getting some for free

Actually all of the stuff was ordered about a week and a half ago and he was suposed to get it over the weekend but I guess I will find out tomorrow
 
I sure hope THIS HERE solves all my shock probelms IF THEY FIT.
