Shock ends

i noticed the pivot balls in my rear shock ends have a tremendous amount of play. I'm going to replace them but didnt know if i should go with the aluminum so it might last a bit longer or just stick with the plastic. And will the GTR ends fit on my 5308 shocks?

GH makes some sweet ends that I use. I'm not 100% if they fit the silver shocks or not, but GTR shocks can be had for cheap on ebay.

There was some on e-bay the other day that were aluminum with steel inserts said shock ends.
