I lowered my ride height and i really like lowered, handles way better. My prob is that now it bottoms out real easy. i would like to keep it low. so what should i do to stiffen the susp.? heavier oil? heavier springs? or both? please share any ideas. thanks.By the way, i have the stiffest set of springs that comes with the revo,it is a 5309.

i run mine right now in the lowest suspension ride height holes. 55wt oil in all 4 shocks and the long travel springs that come with the truck and i also run the preload collars almost all the way extended. i also have the swaybar kit. Truck definitely handles alot better but still is pretty easy to bottom out. Tomorrow i am going to raise my truck back up to the middle ride height holes and see what happens.

yeah I just set my rig up the same way. I haven't ran it yet cause it like 1220 at night and I just did it like ten min ago. I can seen that its going to want to buttom easily tho. I hope to see more post on this its what I'm playing around with right now 2.

ok update on shocks and springs. i have the stiffest set of springs on front and rear. i lowered the ride hight and like the looks but it bottoms out to easy. put the ride hight back to middle holes and no bottoming. so i am just gonna leave it in the middle holes for now if i go to the local track i will lower the height back down for cornering purposes. but for me i mostly bash so the cornering isnt as important. thanks for all the suggestions.:)

I'm trying 45 weight in the back and 30 in the front. LT arms and stiffest springs. I had to much preload and a busted shock from "the ramp" :D
