yeah but come on!! i asked here so i would HAVE to search....heheheheheh

yeah, i know...I'm gonna look around...i just want a FAST vehicle...which i can jump, which i wont have to fix daily, or have problems starting...

THATS ALL I ASK..

Rumor at a couple of my local LHS's is that Traxxas is coming out with a big block Revo, and that is why they have already released their own big block conversion kits as they have most of their own stuff ready to go for the new motor. Rumor has it they will try to see what motor will sell best with the conversion kit and then up the ante a little on size with theirs when they offer the new motor.

Anyhow, as to MT or buggy, in some respects the way the Revo handles and overall performs, I sometimes feel like I am driving a fat tired buggy.

Personally, my next truck of choice is the REVO. Traxxas really got this one right. The suspension is magic, the engine tuning is effortless, and they take a good beating and come back for more. There are already 5 of them at the local track, and no one has any complaints.

you guys are really making this choice hard...

if u had the choice between an LST, the REVO, or an 1/8th buggy....and money was not an issue...what would you go for???

The only reason i dont want to go for the revo is because i already have a t-maxx hopped up with everything i could need to make it as slick as the revo...and the engines arent very different at all.
the powerstroke shocks make the car handle better than any t-maxx I've seen...and the motor has decent power, but if i get another car, i want something a bit different.

i want something with a big ass motor and something that i can drive daily without worrying about it starting or breaking parts..

If money was not an issue, I'd get one of each. If that selection makes it an issue, then I'd say, yes, get an LST, a Revo or an 1/8 scale buggy.
Hope that helps.

YEAH..THANKS FOR THE HELP...

hahahahah

well...i was reading alot on the buggies...and if i do drop the loot on something....i think its gonna be a mayhem RTR...
things fast, really durable, and available at the local lhs...
see...i want something that will FLY...and something that wont break all day long
after reading some online reviews of the mayhem...i think thats what I'm lookin for.

i just feel that i need to get something ELSE finally..i have had trucks forever...i have a t-maxx, a brushless mini-t...had a doubleXT, and an LXT and a junior T back in the day...

i think i wanna get a buggy now....unless they come out with something as fun as a maxx and as fast without the noise...so i can rage it all day long without the neighbors bitching... :)

I agree with Rolex, if money was not the issue, get all three. But that is not what you are really asking.

I still say Revo. You say you want something that drives different than a T-Maxx. Have you spent any time driving a Revo? Although the Revo is classified as a MT, it is a different animal altogether than any other MT. And with the option now of adding a big block, and yes, the chassis can handle it, it seems the answer for you is Revo. Like I was trying to say above, the Revo seems to drive like a fat tired buggy if you leave the suspension in the lower end of it's range. This is one of the reasons I spent a lot of time searching out the new Traxxas Sportmaxx bow tie tires. I wanted the buggy track experience but lacked a Revo alternative, until Traxxas released the Revo made bow tie tires.

Funny enough, and Rolex knows how I got the T-Maxx, I bought the T-M about 3 weeks ago, AFTER I already bought the Revo just before Christmas. Why? I wanted the real MT ride and experience and the T-M made sense since I was already a Traxxas owner. In fact, I finally get to break the T-M this weekend as I plan to go to the desert, if it does not rain!
