Servo swap...

I read somewhere on here that its a good idea on the x 4.6 to get a stronger servo for the steering then swap the SF-2 to the throttle/brake. Is this a good idea? If so what would you guys recommend for the steering servo?

For steering you want something high in torque.

I got the Hitec hs-985mg in one Savage and i think the Hitec 645mg in the other one, it does the job for me.

right now i have the Hitec 645mg as well but its way to slow for my likings so iam upgrading my steering servo to jr z9100t

That's the one I sent you right? It's definitely the best deal (Both servo-wise and money-wise) to get.

i like the hitech 645's I've had a few and there waranty rocks. but never had to use it.. i didnt think they were that slow, but thats just my opinion. plus they are about $30-$40
