Servo Lever nut stip/rounded stuck/leak.help.!

ok i was trying to remove the servo lever because i had a leak coming from the LSH needle were you use the screw to lean/rich and the allen ranch strip and now it round and i can't take it out its stuck..

how or what do i need to use to take it out i tried a start like allen ranch but no luck its to rounded can't find grip to turn it..?

also i check the oring on the LSN and seems or and no cracks anywere is it a good idea to put that gasket maker on the LSN then screw it back on will that work?

I'm at the point were I'm just going to cut it off..

well if you can cut a notch in the screw without damaging anything else you can use a screwdriver to get it out. Or you could try to drill it out maybe but that might damage something. Are you talking about the needle screw itself or the servo screw?

I think he is talking about the little set screw that holds the arm onto the slide part of the carb where the LSN is. Do you have the motor out of the vehicle? if not remove it that will make it alot easier to work on, then if you can use a dremel tool with a thin cut off wheel to make a notch in the set screw if you can with out doing to much damage, you may also just try seeing how tight the little arm is as you might be able to just work it back and forth gently to get it off, good luck..

the top arrow is were that hex nut strip and got rounded off i try everything so I'm just going to cut it off now...

also i get fuel leaks were the bottom arrow is at seal looks good..will putting silicon hi-temp gasket fix that?

I'd say cutting is the way to go. The seal may look good but still be bad, they're cheap so replace it. I wouldn't use any sealer there. Sealants are made to be put on and not disturbed. The LSN gets adjustments from time to time and that would destroy a silicone seal.
