Hey i got this t maxx from a guy on craigslist and I'm new to the rc world the servos moved slow and he said it was just cuz the batt were low (me not knowing i said ok lol) anyways i got home and put new batt in remote and truck and still the servos move S-L-O-W lol soooooo what the heck is wrong lol anyone?

Nothing probably. What servos do you have? Are you using the 4 aa holder? If so, that would be the main problem. A 5 cell hump pack wakes servos right up.

Another thing you may want to look at for the steering is the pillow balls. If they are too tight you will get super slow turning and a HUGE turning radius.

+1. That will also kill your steering servo real fast. Best way to check that is to take the horn off of the servo and work the steering by hand. It should move free and smooth.

Yes you sure can kill a servo like that....yup done it! I fired a stock servo that way...oops. Lesson learned though!
