servo help

hi i just purchased a exceed nitro on road car. http://www.nitrorcx.com/2-speed-remote-control-car.html

I'm having problems getting the servos to work. neither the steering or throttle servo is working. i put in the batteries in the car for the reciever but its like the transmitter and reciever arent syncing up.

i can hear both servos buzz right when i turn the power on for the reciever. i just bought this car brand new so i dont know if i have to sync the two together?

not to be a jerk but did you read the directions that came with it or go to they're website? I just checked and it doesn't look like you can download the manual either.

yea the manuel is worthless pretty much. it tells how to start the engine and adjust it. and how to take the different parts of the car apart

but i figured it out, i called tech support and these cars come with a faulty battery holder in the car the one for the reciever. so I'm getting a replacement and he said that should fix my problems I'm having

I noticed they had a pretty lame site as well, not allot of info to be had. You would think that they at least would give you something as opposed to making you call. Oh well glad you got it working.

Sounds like shabby Tech Support too.
That is either a bad RX Or TX or a bad crystal.....or two crappy seros.
