Brakes fried

*ignore the subject title, I put in the wrong thing*

Now this is how you kill your brakes!

So I was driving along and all of a sudden my truck (Savage LE) just did a back flip in the middle of the street all by itself. Then after that I had no brakes! After further inspection I saw that the brake pad was half chewed up and about to fall out!

I think it was more to do with sitting around for a long time. The truck had been in storage for a while and the pads were greasy and they just tore as soon as I took it out!
 
That could be....I have been running the crap out of mine....until I started snapping rear drive shafts about every time I run. The LRP .28 is evil
 
I'm told that not using an exhaust deflector on the Savages can cause fuel to be blasted all over the brakes. Luckily I have one now!
