Alright guys I want to upgrade my servo horn on my Ruby to aluminum. Does anyone know the tooth count I need. It's running the stock AS3 servo. They make 23T, 24t, 25T. And I have been checking diff brands other than the Axial, just wandering if they are as good as the axial brand.

I just run a traxxas waterproof. Always have. Never had any issues with 1.9 or 2.2 wheels/tires.

Alum horn from any brand will be as good as the next, just get the right tooth and you will be fine.

I use the ones by racers edge.

I have the Robitronic on the Wraith, and a GH in the SC truck, both are nice. as mentioned just make sure the spline count is right for your application. Also know that if you start upgrading steering components that remove flex and make things more rigid, the bushing in the stock servo will likely wear faster. When that happens, you can do this to keep it going.

Thanks for all the replies. I was mainly needing to know if you guys know the spline count the stock axial servo? Is it a 23t 24t 25t.

25T like the Futaba/traxxas servos, I know you have an old traxxas horn lying around you can check it with;)
