www.rcscrewz.com has a kit of stainless steel screws for the savage and there is 4 screws for the shock towers.
I have the kit but am not that impressed of it, it only contains machine screws and I have also seen better quality stainless screws then this.
Machine screws don’t have a good grip in plastic, so I have only used 1/3 of the screws fortunately I can get self tapping screws from where I work
 
I've been talking to Russ at www.rcraven.com and he is working on getting a anodized set together for the Savage. It will look like the TMAXX screw sets on the site.
