That's just a plug. You can rtv the threads and reassemble without the seal.

Haha! Sorry Rolex i didnt mean to shock you into a heart attack! But that pic is of my revo and i actually run it several days a week in the dirt...lol. I will clean it one day.

Okay well because using rtv clogged the atomizer just like maddmax said I bought a new carb body from my lhs but I lost the plug screw so when I get a new one the car should up and running. It was a somewhat quick and inexpensive fix.
