Screen shots?

How do I use the screen shot fuction on my laptop or home PC?
Do I need some program to run it?
And can I find it on line?
Is there a free one?
Help!
Oh ya and is the "PrtSc" the button to push..

Yes hit PrtSC and then open paint or similiar or even word and then go to edit-->paste and walla

Ok cool I got that now how do I take the screen shot and move it to the fourm?
Do I need to upload it to my gallery

Yup.
On my PC, I hit Alt+PrintScreen which copies the screen to the clipboard.
Then I paste that into an image file using PhotoShop. Save it as a .jpg.
Then upload it to your gallery or wherever you host. Then you can img tag it into your post.

You have a gallery just click on gallery then click on my gallery....then click on upload....BAMMM thats all it takes..
