Hey all.. Just got the maxx back together and went out to run it. When I started it, it went to wide open throttle?? the carb was closed...
When I had this out about 2 months ago it ran PERFECT can the change of season have that much of an effect on the tune of these engines? Its a Picco .26 Max.. The high speed is 2 1/2 out and the idle is still at factory setting as well as the low speed..
 
Without starting the engine, you need to remove the air cleaner and look into the carb. Pump the trigger on the Rx and watch the movement in the carb to make sure it opens fully at full throttle, and closes to 1-2 mm at idle. If not, you need to find out what's binding, or see if your idle is set too high. If you can close the carb barrel completely with a little help from your finger, you need to find out why it sticks.
