ok i have to make a atom model for school but the onl problem is that i forgothow to find the amount of proton there are in a atom i think you subtractthe atomic mas by something but dont know what and the alo the amount of protons and electronsdepend on the atomic number crect like if a element ha a atomic numbr of six there would be six electrons & protons correct i as kinda spacin out when my teacher was goin over this stuff

oh ad anyne who helps i wll really apreciae it because i really ned this project to be a god gradeim falin science with like a 48 or mab 51 right now

The amount of protons in the atom is what determines the atomic number9also the same as the number of electrons) to find the amount of neutrons subract the atomic number from the atomic mass...
