After few nightmare day of trying tune the engine(with no luck) I think there is something wrong with my throttle.
As you can see on the video the servo is making strange noise and its not opening the carb full. I can push it and open it full with my finger but the servo wont do that. Is the servo on its way out or is it something else??

I just replaced mines. . Get ready to do the same, I replaced it with a traxxas 2056 I think. I only had it about a month. Imo all hpi servos are weak
 
TBH, I tend to rip stock servo's out of any rig I purchase and replace with metal gear high torque units. At least then I know the servo's are good to go.

Over the several rigs I own, I run futaba or Hi-Tec servo's as they are just what I find works for me.
