Hey Rc PEEPS!!!

can anyone share with me or help me with a problem I have with my savage...
I start it up and run it but when I press the brakes my engine dies..I tried adjusting my idle needle but nothing...any help??? thanks!:whhooo:
 
make sure your clutch isn't bound up. Does it want to drive away at idle? Look down the carb as your go to full brake. Does the hole close off entirely?
 
You need to turn the trim knob all the way down and then engage the brake while setting the idle. Look into the carb and adjust it to about 1 -2 mm, then start it and fine tune it.
 
hey guys thanks for all your suggestions and help...I just need to set the idle...sucker was closing completely on me...set it this morning ran it for about ten minutes and its ok now...hmm hope it last ..thanks RC MANIACS!!!! you guys rock:first_place:
