its pretty nuetral. it could prolly use some heavier weight shock oil. but I'm not going to bother since I'm getting a set a lst2 shocks and putting those on. the stock stuff is perfect for bashing, but if your gonna try to make it a lil racier change the shock oil. I've yet to goto the track with the new stuff I've installed on my truck. I'm running the hpi suspension conversion now which only allows you to run 2 shocks up front. hope this helps

hpi suspension conversion, 17mm hex hub conv, i have lunsford tie rods but couldnt get em to work correctly so I'm back with the stock ones, i also have th reverse module just havent gotten around to putting it in yet, and prolly going to get some axial beadlocks with tires soon. i have the lst2 shock conversion set on the way to my house. when i get tired of the hpi 4.6 i might get an axial .32. not to sure bout the engine yet tho.

w/e u do dont get the one with the mixer. b/c the mixer is garbage

here my x ss so far. vertigo cf extended tvp's, hpi suspension conversion, irc lst shock mounting kit, lst2 shocks, vertigo enigne plate mount, bearings in the bell crank, vertigo cf brake disc, and jr 9000t steering servo. on the way to my house i have and sts. 30, sts 0702 pipe, mugen 150cc tank for mid tank conversion, aluminum joint bars, mugen aluminum clutch shoes w/ 1.1mm springs and pilot nut, and flm servo mounts for throttle servo relocation.

i love my new savage. i wish i woulda bought this before i bought my firestorm. cuz then id b 300 bucks richer. my ss is faster than my firestorm and wieghs twice as much altho is always got like twice the hp too. the savage is like the greatest truck ever imo

i ordered the kit from tower hobbies and they sent me tower brand servos and a futaba 3pm-fm radio. i can't adjust the trim on the steering or the throttle. do i need to get digital servos or something?

its called end point adjustment and you can do it with any servo. The 3pm supports this feature and its critical to extend the life of your servo's.

i figured it out. it just took a lil reading.
