Savage X charge plug

After some research I found out how to put in a charging jack in the X.
I thought it was some special jack, but it’s not. The extra pieces come on the part’s tree #85236 location 6 & 7. The following pictures show the rest.

I always woundered what that was there for...Nice job Clint. You sure have a lot of time on your hands. Actually so do I, I should be doing the same thing on figureing out these "scratching the head scenerios"

That's great news. Did HPI not clarify this on the instructions? The feature is cool but it should have been clear to the owner how to do this.

I thought that Also. But there is nothing in the Savage X instruction manual or in a savage X upgrade manual.
